Hey Anthony, Are you planning on doing the printing yourself or contracting the work out to printers? If you want to do the printing yourself invest in good equipment. Don't be fooled by the all in one kits that you see on ebay. Like with most things if you want to produce quality you need quality tools. Do plenty of research before you buy a press. There is a lot more that goes into it than most people think. From screen setup to screen reclaim. Mesh choices. Squeegee durometer. Learn as much as you can, here, You Tube, the library, before you spend money.

100% cotton is the printers friend.
Adobe Illustrator is king when it comes to design software
Avoid 50/50 Cotton Poly blend shirts when it comes to dark garments. the dyes in the shirt migrate into the lighter colored inks.

Just a few tips

Hope this helps

Chris
