If I want to sell t-shirts online, I obviously have to open up a company and get all legal documnets and stuff, etc... My question is, how do I start with that? What do I have to do?

before you get into the Biz legalities, test market to see if your stuff is even marketable...... before you take a no-sell-nothing-hit after spending all your time and money with a master plan that lacks what consummers want to buy.
