the design is in repeats of 7 individual colour which make a pattern at specific length say 18 inches and printed all together on the whole fabric and then its sent for hoodies to be sewn
an economical way to make ALL over printed garments is to go to your local Wholesale fabric store, they have a gazzilion printed pattern fabrics already, in jersey, fleece etc.... you buy a few rolls, go to your local cut/sew (they have garment patterns on hand or you can have them make new custom garment patterns for you).
Than, add/print something like your 1-2-3 color Brand Logo plastisol transfer on the garments you made. Thats it, your very own all over printed garment with your logo on it too.
I have the same question. How does the process work? Do i need to have a fabric company to make the prints for me on their fabric. Then send it to another company to sew it all together? Or is there a one stop shop where i can have this done?

You can try contacting a "cut and sew" factory or a custom garment manufacturer and they can source the printing of the design and sew it together for you.
These things usually require very large quantities (1000+ pieces). If that's the quantity you're looking for, you can find internation sources at alibaba.com, or we have a few members here that could probably help you if you wanted to place a SERVICE REQUEST in the T-Shirt Classfied area (once you have 15 posts in the forum).
its not dying out over here thats for sure, it will be around for a while and will probably just blend in as another fashion style , if you can create a nice design pattern the all over hoodie will sale ...
i talked to there rep in LA , and asked him about that among other things and he said min order is 1000 because the process is so involved , it is not worth it for small order runs.
they claim to be the manufacturer of DKNY shirts , which i think i very high quality shirts , but dont know if they put out the knock offs or the real dkny .

get a bunch of assorted prints/transfers and YOU heat press them ALLover the hoody, one-at-a-time.
Spend $ 100 on a few hundred of your logo and heat press YOUR LOGO on the hoody too. There, one-of-a-kind ALLOVER hoodys with your logo that you can sell for 300% mark up at leat.
