From what I have read elsewhere on the forums, you will have to get more than 100 made. Most likely the smallest minimum order is going to need to be 1,000.

To get quotes, you would need to contact a cut & sew company or manufacturer directly. If you send them the jacket, they can give you the specs on it to help you reproduce something similar with your pattern. Most of that information isn't possible to give without having the jacket in front of the person.
Like Jasonda said, the minimums will be higher than 100 pieces. The lowest I've seen is 600-1000 pieces.
