I got an email from a customer today that was trying to order 3 differnt shirts.

He said that he was able to change the quantity..but only of the same shirt because it goes directly to check out whe he adds a shirt to the cart.

I never really noticed this because I never really tried to buy more than one differnt type of shirt.

I'm not sure how to fix this or if it can be fixed.

sometimes customers do not see the "Back to Shopping" type button/link.
If you do not have this button/link on your page, maybe put one in.

Are there more customers having the same problem ?

Hi Ken,

You can try this program:

Go to the 1st option available :
(1) PayPal Shopping Cart (Full version, this has the easiest setup for beginners)

You can download it and check it out, I have used it and it is fairly easy to use and gives a few more options than the standard paypal options.

Terry - Don't mean to hi-jack the thread, but does it give you the option to charge differently for international shipping? I tried to download it but I'm on a Mac and it's an .exe file.

No you have to set shipping and taxes via your paypal acct settings.

They have another version that works with a couple other shopping cart services but I know nothing about them.

You should be able to add mutiple items from the same store with the PayPal shopping cart. I've ordered mutiple items from the same t-shirt shop several times using the PayPal cart.

However, the useability of the PayPal cart does make shopping more difficult for customers. That's why using a free shopping cart like www.cubecart.com seems to work much better (with the final checkout happening at paypal).

That will allow you more flexible shipping options and product ordering options.
