for where you place a decal on the upper left chest.

I do it buy hand, its not automated, so its not perfect every time. But a customer (new) has complained that his logo's are not exactly in the same place on all the shirts.

So, how many inches down and over is the item to be placed? When you dont have a pocket to guide you.

we go by this rule

4 1/2 inches from bottom of coller down
4 1/2 inches from center of shirt.
middle of print lies where the two meet.
