Just get the proper commercial licence, and I think that should be enough (hope so).
All fonts contain info about the author, or legal owner and If you are not sure about forms of usage that are allowed - contact them. Or/and read the licence agreement that are almost always distributed with particular font.
If there is not such licence file, use google to find the distributor or font author.
