You might also want to take a look at the epson clearance center here
Clearance Epson Ink Jet Printers - Epson Clearance Center - Epson America, Inc.. They do have a C120 for only $39 and I believe it comes with a full set of inks. It is my understanding the the C120 is the replacement for the C88. From what I have been able to find on the forum, it also works with the CIS bulk ink systems. Here is a link to a post of someone who has this printer and gave their review of it, and the bulk ink system
My review of installation of 2 different CIS systems.
The epson outlet that I pasted a link for above also has the R1400 for $159, so that is a bit cheaper also then what you are seeing on ebay. Hope this helps some
When you say Corel 4, I am not sure here as the newest corel draw is the X4, so maybe that is what you are talking about? that is actually version 14

However regarding your question above, Corel draw is a vector graphics program, while Adobe photoshop is a Raster based program. So they are completely different types of programs. Adobe also makes Illustrator which is their vector based program.
If you plan on doing graphics, I would recommend getting a vector based program such as corel draw, or illustrator. I have both, and for me corel draw is much easier to use. You can download a free 15 day trial of either and try them out to see which is easier for you. Just make sure that when you download the trials, to do them one at a time so that you can take full advantage of the full trial time, instead of trying to figure them both out at the same time.
Hope this gets you going in the right direction of things to learn about
