They vary, but ISS is usually your best exposure. Check out ISS shows for 2009 and give them a call. Let me know and I will look for you. What do you guys do?

Thanks..... I sent an email to the National Sales Rep..... Looks like a great show.... We are an Urban Chef Ware company.... We supply the culinary industry professionals and foodies with street ware in order to represent what they love....

ISS Long Beach in January 2009

Last I heard on the ISS show, it was around 8-10K for a booth...set up and ready...you have to use their union labor to get material in and out and basic booth setup

i work for an exhibit company and you might to look into if you need insurance/etc for a booth. some places make you use their union workers also and that could add a chunk of change to the cost.
