anyone ever do this or how much it costs to have a lawyer formalize everything? just wanna make sure I cover all the bases before proceeding with anything

just buy the designs out right..... it'll be easier.....too much b.s. to track if your giving royalties/etc...

I would have to agree . . just buy them . . get into legalities and such . . somethings are just overated.
