Re: Printing to order? Annette: First let me explain the steps in printing a shirt. From your art the colors must be separated unless it 4 color process, then film positives made fore each color, burn the screens, one for each color, set up and register on the machine. When this is done your ready to print. With an automatic machine you can print 5-6 hundred an hour, but the printer has already spent a minimum of two hours getting it ready plus the cost of screens and emulsion.
To do what you want the above has to be done, for 3-4 samples then break down the machine, clean and save the screens for your reorder. Printers do this for Schools as they know the will sell hundreds year after year.
I suggest you order 36 shirts in a mix of sizes and reorder if they sell.
