Default Biggest frustration in running your shop?

I get lots of emails from people asking how I started my company and want advice on how to get going. My question to all of you is:

What is your biggest problem or frustration in running your t-shirt business?

Is it…
- marketing a site you already have?
- get ranked highly in Google?
- handling the details like printing, packing, and shipping?
- knowing what to design/sell?
- not knowing where to start?
- something else?

Post your biggest problem/frustration here!

Days like today. Nothing seemed to work right, ink didn't want to cure, warped platen drying shirts(in desperate need of a conveyor).

People saying they are going to come by and order and never showing up. Just your typical stuff.

Fred,
Thanks for the encouragement. I do have a heat press and probably should try curing with it.

My biggest frustration is every Tom, ****, and Harry thinking you're making a killing and deciding to go in the same business as you. Usually your own customers. I've learned that most of them are short lived. Especially after they realize how many hours and how much dedication actually goes into making a business successful.

Hey Fred...

Are you recommending using a heat press to cure over a flash unit? If so, why?

Just curious...

My biggest frustration is getting ranked higher on Google since they have such stringent guidelines and rules that change frequently. It's hard to run a business by yourself....dealing with everything from designing and wholesale and marketing and advertising...but it's all worth it!
