hello all, i'm in the process of getting all of my paperwork done for my tshirt company and have read a couple of things that list the documents that you need before going global and selling your goods.

i understand that you need a DBA, tax ID number, and you can choose to form a corporation or llc or whichever you prefer. but i was questioning what else you will need to be legal.

It varies from state to state and city to city. It's a good idea to stop by your local chamber of commerce to get the current info needed for starting a business.
