Is it considered copyright infringement to use a slogan before or after a trademarked slogan or name? e.g. : "I like Budweiser"..In this "Budweiser" being the trademarked name.
Any information will be highly appreciated
Thank you
More info is required to understand your situation better.
For example are any registered "Budweiser" Trademarks being used? If so, then it would be infringement.
But if you're using different lettering then you may be able to use it.
For example the "I heart NY" is trademarked by the New York.
However if I did a "I hate NY" with a different lettering can be used.
If it says budweiser it cant be used. The name itself is the trademark.
I did some shirts for a softball team that consisted of their employees and had to get permission from the company to use the name "budweiser badboys". Since it wasnt a budweiser licensed product or official team.
