For 36 shirts, it is $8.62 per shirt, plus screen setup fees of 75.00 and a 30 minute art charge of 25.00 to change my design from bitmap to vector. So the total is about 410.00 dollars.
Including screen fees and art charge, it's about 11.38 per shirt.
Oh, and the brand of shirt is Jerzees.
Any opinions on this quote?
Thanks again, folks.

Rather than have a bunch of threads that ask "is this quote OK",
I think it would be more informative to teach people how to find out themselves if their quote is OK.
I'd hate for this forum to be the "other guy" that said he could do it for cheaper

So that people go back to the printer and second guess the pricing that he is charging saying that they "heard" that it should be cheaper.
What that printer is charging is what that printer charges based on
his costs and overhead. Other printers may charge more or less based on their costs and overhead.
In general,
if you want to check to see if the pricing you're getting is competitive, you should take the same exact job, with the same exact design and printing specs to about
3 different printers (either locally or by searching online) and then compare and contrast both the quotes and your overall impression of their quality of service. Keeping in mind that price along shouldn't be the deciding factor when deciding on someone who will be printing for you.
That way you'll have real numbers that you can actually use, and real printers that you are ready to give your business to.
Please
contact me directly if you have any questions about this.
Nothing wrong with your post, per se
You didn't mess up or anything
I'm just noticing a trend of people asking here if the pricing they got quoted is OK, and I want to make sure we're being fair to both our members who are printers and getting the right information to our members who are trying to figure out if their own pricing quote they received from
their printer is OK.
