Default Tax Id help
I am getting ready to start selling t-shirts in Mississippi to a local store. What do I need as far as starting off legally? (Like tax id and stuff)

I'm from MS but I'm not familiar with the requirements. I guess the first step would be to register your business with the Secretary of State: Mississippi Secretary of State - Corporations

And then I guess you have to register with the Mississippi State Tax Commission: Upon opening a new business in the state of Mississippi, you should register with the State Tax Commission
