Interesting article about recent college copyright case.
There is a local T-Shirt printer who opened a t-shirt retail shop that specializes in vulgar university of Kansas t-shirts (Muck Fizzou, Columbia, keeping ugly women out of Lawrence since 1839), as you would expect the University was not happy with and did not give him a licenses, to get around this he uses the school colors but not the school mascot or name, the shirts just say Kansas where University of Kansas would go.
This article is about the university suing him and the odd court decision that followed, its and interesting read into the confusing legal system regarding copyright infringement and implied meaning for t-shirt printers.
