We really want to take you through the whole process so let's get started as we move along here.

These shirts are going to be custom made from scratch, so we need measurements and fabric specs. I have sent 3 samples to Rodney with fitted cuts and regular cuts to approve. If approved we move forward. If Rodney decides to he wants a custom cut, he can send me samples and/or a measurement chart to follow.

Custom cuts can take a bit longer because as redundant as it is, I go over the specs and samples here (in NY) and then forward them over to the sewing dept (in India) and review with them again. They make a pattern from the sample (or measurement chart) and grade sizes.

While this is underway, we will confirm all artwork for prints, labels and hangtags.

So, that's the general process to get started.... stay tuned for more!!
And I`m really watching closely this project

Yeah, I don't know if I'll be able to top it, but my goal is to try and do something at least different and most importantly "useful" to help with the forum theme of learning and sharing

This was the shirt I voted for.

Did I miss the post announcing 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners?

I think so. It was posted in the contest thread (Graphics forum) and in the Announcements forum. Should be linked to in the first post in this thread.

Rodney,

Can you send me over the PSD files for the winning design, labels, and hangtags?

Samples for cut and fabric reference are on the way....

Kris

Rodney, since everything is custom this year, what range of sizes are going to be available?

Interesting question. I haven't asked Kris yet, but since it is custom, I think we should be able to have a full range of the necessary sizes.

I'll send the PSD for the winning design over today.

Anybody want to design some labels and hangtags for the t-shirts?

It would be cool if each shirt had its own label/tag design to match the shirt design.

That's kind of what I was thinking, too. Probably because that's how we do it.

I was thinking the typical range of standard S-XL. I could split up the sizes however is necessary. If S is not really needed we could even do M-XXL.

If we need larger sizes, will they be able to be custom cut?
