Re: screenprinter misses delivery date I'm in the bay area, Ca...well they are a small shop but I have been givin them pretty good business for past year and a half and referring others to them. I will probably try and see if he will give me a discount at least. Just dont think I should have to ask for it. Not very good customer service. I'm at a point where I think I am going to be doing larger orders and need to decide if I should keep using them. On one hand their pricing is good, they are close to me and he is usually pretty helpful when I have special requests but I also seem to always have to stay on top of things to make sure they are done right. They already once printed a batch of sweatshirts for me with the design in the wrong place due to bad communication between him and the person actually doing the screening.
