 Internship/Free labor
I have been living in NYC for about a year and working for a home textile design company as an executive assistant but I hate it. Before I moved I was silkscreening for myself on home built equipment and I loved it, i would put in about 14 hour a day and didn't even realize it. I would like to get into this industry but I have no professional experience. If anyone out there needs someone to help, I will work for next to nothing if you teach me the in's and out's of the business. My lease is up at the end of this month. I need to move somewhere so don't shy away if you are far from NYC. I can send a resume and pictures of the shirts I did. There were 3 women's styles and 4 men's styles. If anyone out there has suggestions or really any help at all please let me know. |
