Hi, I'm new to the t-shirt design world and was looking to manufacture my stuff overseas. I got a couple of replies and I was wondering what yall thought about bamboo cotton? Is it just as soft as ring spun jersey cotton? And also what about blends (i.e. 50/50 bamboo/ cotton, etc.) Appreciate the feedback. Thanks
Bamboo is great and typically is a bit softer. If you are going to do blends, you will need to blend it will another organic if you are advertising being "green."

I wasn't aware that there were any guidelines at all about what could be called "green". Is this just your personal opinion?? I don't think that there is any regulatory group certifying things as green or not.

Yes, actually you can have "certified organic cotton"....
If you advertise you are "green" then I don't think it's smart to use regaular cotton in a blend with bamboo. It defeates the purpose of being green and it's a known fact.
If you are using bamboo for it's pther properties (aside from being green) then mix it with whatever you want
