is it ok to dry clean a silk screen shirt and if so is it best way to go

Seems pretty expensive to dry clean a silk screened shirt. I'm sure you *could*, but I don't think you have to.

I have 100's of screen printed t-shirts that I just throw in the washing machine and they look fine after years.

Dry cleaning is a little more expensive but the grahics take longer to fade and theres less shirinkage, if your gonna wash them let them air dry until there at least half way dry and then put them in the dryer

I'd only dry-clean a shirt if it was a $200 designer shirt. But then, I wouldn't have bought one of those, and if you do, you can probably afford to dryclean everything.

I always wash my silk screen shirts in the washer (on the delicate cycle) and dry them on very low heat in the dryer. I have some that I've had for 15 years and they're still great looking.
