Hi, so I know u can't use...
-celeb pics
-celeb drawn pics

on garments for sale, but could I use a celeb drawn image on a garment that would be used for a present to someone, that would not be for sale?

is it legal since there's no sale transaction?

If your concern is moralistic then don't do it, if your concern is getting caught then I wouldn't worry about it unless your friend is famous.
