Would that vinyl cutter be what I need to cut vinyl that I would use my heat press to make t-shirts?

I really wanna start making t-shirts and I was curious on what gear I need.

This will depend if your are going to contour cut injet transfers if so then no, but if you want just to cut vinyl then yes.

What does that mean? lol. I'm not looking to do fancy stuff, just soem basic shirts.

If you do a search on contour cutting there are several topics on it,, but if you are just doing lettering and designs with no color then any vinyl cutter will do.
