Default how do I make photorealstic t-shirts?

I want to make these type of T-Shirts
Picture Tee Shirts.com

I already have a great graphic designer.

1- What type of software and printer do I need to make the design? I'm pretty sure it's not a regular printer.

2- After I have them printed out what do I need to use to get the image on the shirt? How much is it?

3- What type of ink do I need, how much is it, and how long will it last?

Yeah I pretty much know what I wanna do, I just need to know what to get and how to use it.

Thanks guys.

There are several books on eBay that might help you out. Are you printing these yourself? Full color jobs are tough.

That type of printing can either be done by opaque inkjet transfers, direct to garment printing, screen printing or old fashioned air brush.

Depends on which method you choose. You may not be able to do it yourself. Many people outsource the printing for complicated graphics like that. The pricing will depend on how many you purchase.

I'm pretty sure the t-shirts with the pictures are heat transfers...I'm saying that because they have a square appearance to me...and I bet the transfers are pretty expensive too since the size of the transfer looks pretty big

They could be either digitally printed or transfered. Usually places like these will do the transfers as they are much cheaper to produce if they're unwilling (or incapable) of forking over the cash for a DTG.
