Please inform me from any one who have deal with rock bands for got their licensee in tees.
For licensing fee what basic they use? and must be paid in advance all?
and must they check for design first (required sample) before production? and must of the require in qty (thousand?)
I glad if anyone help me

Each band or group has their own requirments. Sometime you deal directly with the group/band or they may have an agent or perhaps even the recording company..

So you have to contact each band/agent/recording studio separately.
