I dont know what a normal turnaround for t shirts should be.
- This all depends upon what you want to make it be. There is no right or wrong answer here, past experiences from others may help you as I have only done Designs on demand and have not gotten to this point in the market yet. I would suggest to view the sales of a particular design and way the goods and the bads to continuing with it at the begining.

How much money should i spend per t shirt.
- This is yet another personal option, remember when selling any item you want to make a profit but also want to make sure with quality there is a price. Look at your target market and think about what those that you want to but the shirt may want to wear.
Feeling comfortable is one aspect that many buyers may look at when deciding upon a second or third purchase.

I dont know what kind of shirts i should buy, or how many.
- There are many types of shirts out there, different fabrics, types, cuts, purposes, etc.
A better practice would be to do a sample printing/buying of a few deifferent kinds and companies and see what works/looks best for you. We all have our own opinions so this is another per business/company decision.
Doing sample prints will allow you to see the pros and cons of what you may want to use and evaluate if you want to use more then one type/company or use a variety.
What would be a normal ammount of t shirts to buy for one design??
- Really depends on your market, also think sizes, we all have our own. As quantity is important so is the amount per size. You could do a survey and find out what your general audience prefer or can do an estimated guess.
** Remember sizes do matter especially when you have a large number of one size on hand anad you clients/consumers are demanding to have another. This could cause a negative flow of money if you don't plan in advance.

I would like to immitate brands like The Hundreds, or Crooks and Castles.
-- Be careful of imitation, most companies do not like to have bad PR and or splitting sales with other companies. Trademarks and Copyrighting laws are out there and you should know what you can and can't do before you get a Cease and Desist and are legally forced to take a hit in sales/profits. A good way to look at this is would you like a company doing something of your nature to you.
