First you have to know your target maket. After you know that you will find out where they are.Example Target-skate boarded :find out events,site and so forth.follow latest trends in your market.In any venture you have to know who you are targeting to.

If you're online, you should find sites that your users would go to. If your demographic is on Myspace or Facebook, make a page with references to your line and add friends interested in your products and interests. Find forums like this one and put a link to your site in your signature. Make your site as user friendly as possible and give it the right SEO keywords.
