I have a bundle of shirts that I want to permanently remove from my inventory. I have reduced their price, then reduced it again as "clearance", and auctioned some off, but I still have some left. How do I find an end lot buyer to take them off my hands? Does anyone have a guy they know that does this sort of thing?

You can sell it to a closeouts buyer. You'll usually only get pennies on the dollar though.

Might be worth just donating them.

If you are tired of trying to sell them, I would definitely donate them. There are plenty of people that would be greatful to get your shirts.

Before you donate them to goodwill, imprint your business name and number and logo on there. Free advertising. Can't you also write off donations?
