I am not sure where to post this question so I put it here. Does anyone know if there are any rules about age verification for selling t shirts that use profane language IE: 4 letter words? I am laying the groundwork for my e store and don't want any ugly surprises. Thanks, Kevin
Thanks Fred, I didn't think it was a problem and I don't recall aver being carded when buying a t with rough language over the net. You just never know with all the moral outrage over some opinions and life styles. I of course believe parents need to be aware of what children are doing anyway.

Krokker, I agree with your manner of thinking on this, and when I read your post, I would think when teens are buying with you on the net, it will most likely be with a credit card, in which case one must be of a certain age to obtain, so you have some assurance there as to their age, or it is through Mom or Dad's credit card or account, in which it is the parents responsibility for permission (should be as you said). I would think your concern would probably be more so for a brick and mortar store with cash toting kids. Due to application requirements or being on M&D's CC, for the most part - any fear should be aleviated. Best wishes.
