what kind of paperwork should you include with the shirt order from an online store
When shipping a t-shirt from your online store, what kind of paperwork should you include with the shirt order ? Should it just be an invoice, or should you include warranty and return information? Should you talk about your site?

Everything I've ever read suggests putting in an invoice, warrantees and guarantees, company information, company offerings (other deals and coupons) and a catalog (if you have one).
Some companies go as far as adding hard candy to give them a boost over the competition. People get excited about that stuff. Candy… who would have thought that? Remember… it's hard candy, not chocolate… you'll have a big mess on your hands if you use chocolate.

The only must is an invoice/packing slip....Other than it's whatever, sure throw in free things like stickers if you got em...
I mean return information and stuff like that should all be available on your website... I have mine setup so it prints that info at the bottom of the invoice.
