I'm setting up a Website selling my own t-shirt line, but I need a little help on how much of each design I should print before I open the Website. The designs are vintage type designs that would retail around $30. I would start with about 25 men and 20 women designs.

That depends on your budget, method of printing, and business plan really

Some people do 25 per design, some do 100 per design. Some don't print any designs before hand and only produce t-shirts on demand as they sell.

I mean, the company you purchase the blanks from is gonna have a minimun.. then the company doing your screenptining is gonna have a minimum too most likely...

And what you gotta remember with both is that they have quantity breaks.. the more you do the cheaper it gets..

Also, it's hard to sell online, expect a really slow start.

Well I do my own printing and minimum is 12 shirts but I don't do less than 40 of any design. thanks though

yeah the number is up to you .just try not to get stuck with a bunch of them
