You would need to find a dye sublimation printer that do full size printing.
I think the fabric they use might be made for them specially. You can use similar fabric (100% polyester/
wicking).
For that type of all over printing though, the big part is finding a printer that can do it for you...they can tell you what format your art needs to be in (most likely vector).
