Question 2 questions. How are Yellowman Shirts Printed?

How do you get the tattoo art from drawing to t-shirt in the correct format? I know there is probably a template used to get the drawing to vector but how do you get something like that printed?

Also, I can't seem to locate a USA jean manufacturer and with the current state of China trading and Pakistan situation I don't want to use out of the country suppliers. Which those two seem to be the only ones showing up on my searches.

Yellowman shirts are made of MadKool fabric which is a wicking fabric so I have to assume it is poly based. Therefore the images are sublimated.

Thanks, where do you get Madkool Fab? Or can I just google it?

I tried Googling it but just got general info. By all means try. I am always a bit leary with trade names as we use alot of mesh, probably 7 different finishes from several manufacturers and they all seem the same to me. Just the finish is different but anyone can get that done.

You would need to find a dye sublimation printer that do full size printing.

I think the fabric they use might be made for them specially. You can use similar fabric (100% polyester/wicking).

For that type of all over printing though, the big part is finding a printer that can do it for you...they can tell you what format your art needs to be in (most likely vector).
