Hi to everyone

Never give up if you believe in something. Here is my story...

While I was working a regular job, I decided to open my own t-shirt company...First we started with screen printing, and then started t-shirt transfer, but with thermal flex..

Since the screen printing wasn't doing good...I went to ebay and bought my first cutting machine and a heat press...I searched what was popular on ebay and came up with my own ebay store...I started selling customize t-shirt..Most of the stuff I sold was funny slogans t-shirt...

That was my business and eventually I ended up quitting my job 1 yr ago and concentrated full-time on this business...While I was selling on ebay I ended up buying a better transfer machine and 2 more cutting machines and more things to fix the warehouse where I did all the production with my family...

In the process, I went to elance.com to have a website done for me...Its a website where people would add their own slogan or can upload their own pictures...Website not done, yet...

Everything was great, then bam, ebay closed my account down for no reason just because paypal froze my account...Paypal froze my account and stated they needed more information so I gave all the info to them and I got reinstated, but now ebay had shut me down...

It happen 1 month 1/2 ago...So imagine that was my only source of income and I got depressed...I been paying my bills with my savings...

I ended up buying a cheap already made website and I added the products I sold on ebay there....I haven't promote it as of yet....

Then my mom and I started going to the flea market, but not much of luck there...

My customize website will be done this week...My family and I started to promote the business locally again doing screen printing...We had a few customers this week...

I guess ebay is better for someone who wants to earn extra money, but not full-time business like they want us to believe...Because for no reason they might shut you down....I learn my lesson, but now this made me realize to do other things since we have the equipment...

Even though, at first I was depressed and realized I needed to find a job again and felt like a failure...But I realize, if I would have done things differently and would have not contretated full-time on ebay I could have had other things happening already....

I know is never too late for things...Now I feel better about myself and I now I know that things will work out...

So don't fill discourage if something doesn't go well..You will start thinking other ways of making your business better...Always have backup plan...

I also watch alot "The Next Idea" good show and makes you realize other people been in worse situation...

They closed and the message I got in my email was "abusing ebay"...When you email to find out the real reason they said they can't disclose that information....

I was on ebay about 2 yrs...And this happened

Have you tried calling them instead of emailing? Hey, like you said, this made you create a new website which might be better anyhow. Good luck.

Isn't Paypal owned by eBay? You should call PayPal and eBay to ask them how to go about the problem. It's not easy to earn those feedbacks back, and to start over. But my 2 cents would be to also build that website. Things don't happen for a reason; but fight for your eBay username back.

djohana thank you for sharing your story with us.
That is one of the things I hate about those big corporations (I'd been using ebay myself for several years, buying, not selling, but so far no problems), even if you are right, it is like hitting a brick wall.
Did you call them ? Think it this way, it may be for better.

Ebay and Paypal work together, but when you talk to them they say they are separate from each other...

We have open a new ebaystore using my moms information. But we decided not too concentrate on it like we were before, even though it was supporting us....It does take alot of your time....

Like someone mention everything happens for a reason. After analyzing the whole situation thats what we came up with because if this wouldnt never happened then we would have done all this things we done in past month...

I live in Orlando so we rent a wharehouse were we do our business...Now we signed up to receive credit cards payments at the shop....We created 1 website with all the merchandise we were selling on ebay and put it up there...

My brother been going out and handing out business cards since we also do screen printing...So we gotten a few clients, its not alot but we keeping up with it...

My other website is almost done so I will be promoting that one too..

I think is better to have your own things then depend on a company like ebay...
