i live in california and wanted to get my to get my Seller's Permit to buy tshirts at wholesale price and wanted to know if thats a good place to ge it. it says its around 50 bucks

Fees: Licenses, Tax Id Number, Incorporate, DBA, LLC

im in moreno valley but wil move from here in about 3 or 4 months to somewhere else in socal

hey so for me to order whosale thats all i need? do i need to get anything else to get my sellers permit? would i have to do taxes?

paulo is correct...the sellers permit is totally free!!!...don't pay anyone for this. You can go to any franchise tax board office and file..

And the best part is....you et to keep track of what you buy...what you sell...and every year you get to file your taxes back...and give CA what is owed them.

blah thats what i was fearing......when would i have to pay taxes? so i wont have to get any other permit for anything else? im going to be doing the tshirts at my house so im not going big

my dad has a photography business and was wondering if he can get it instead of me or maybe he already has one. would the tshirt company know that its not a tshirt business? is this a good idea?

i got this from my citys website, will this do the job?

Business License is different from the Seller's Permit.

On the Seller's Permit, you don't actually pay taxes, since you are charging these taxes to the consumer you are selling the items to. but you do have to kee track of your sales, etc.

I live in Los angeles county and to do business even from my home I had to have a business license, a dba and a resale certificate. I have to pay my taxes for my business every six months. hope this helps.

ok so when i go to the Sales Tax Field Office to get my sellers permit what do i take with me?
