Default wrinkle prevention on blanks being stored

Hi All;

yes, another wrinkle question. I have many many blanks stored in those Ziploc XXL bags. A beginners mistake as I purchased too many blanks, and do not have enough funds to screenprint.
1. What is the best way to store them to prevent wrinkles? plastic bins better? Fold using the cardboard thingey then stack on top of each other in the plastic bins?
2. Is there a chance that if I wait until March to use them that they will be permanently wrinkled?
3. These are all Alternative Apparel womens tees.

thank you in advance.

Dianne

no matter how you fold the shirt there will be a "wrinkle" from where it was folded if you leave it sitting for long enough. I just throw all my shirts in one stack without folding, then fold the whole pile over itself down the middle, and put them in cardboard boxes... the further the shirt is from the middle of the pile, the more curved the fold is and most have no wrinkles when I pull them to print.

Not sure if that made sense... and no, I don;t think that a shirt can become permanently wrinkled. Worst case scenario, putll out the iron of fluff the shirts in a dryer...

sooo, I lay all the tshirts on top of each other, not folded. then roll them over each other? that actually makes some sense. I am going to invest in a good steamer also.
I have to use those XXL Ziploc bags for now as during the winter the shirts are in the garage/warehouse, but come spring they are back in the house so the BIG FLORIDA BUGS do not get them, nor does the 1000% humidity ruin them.

Going to roll my shirts.
