Default Wrinkling in Shipment

Hi - Still having issues with my shirts showing up wrinkled - I'm using Tyvek bags from USPS, but wondering whether there's a best way to fold the shirts (or perhaps roll like a burrito?) when shipping in these bags?

Also, do you provide instructions to your customers when they receive the shirt (i.e., if wrinkling occurs, put in dryer on fluff setting for a few minutes?, or other advice so that customers can get those wrinkles out ?)

Thanks!

Hi,

I fold my tshirts using one of these which i made (YouTube - T-Shirt Folding) then poly bag it (270 x 380 mm polybag).

When mailing the t-shirts i fold the polybag in half, and use a mailtuff bag which fits the shirt quite snug, this tends to help the t-shirt keep its shape in the polybag and reduce wrinkles. Also presents better as the t-shirt stays properly folded!

Hope this helps,
Billy
