Re: Parody Question The problem is it's not clearly defined by law. Parody is what you argue when you are sued, not something that prevents you from getting sued in the first place. So how far can you go? You might be able to go a very long way indeed and get away with it, or something that could barely be considered related without a stretch could get you in trouble.
Intuition and lawyers are what's needed.
