Re: Mistakes / Errors I'd talk it over with your supplier, Andrew. First, see if they will correct their mistakes with some reprints after you acknowledge the mistakes you had made on the order. After that, if the supplier refuses to reprint the misprinted goods, ask for store credit on the next order in the dollar amount of their mistakes. If that doesn't work, then I'd start researching for a new supplier. If a business isn't willing to talk things over and compromise, then your money is better in other places. But, all in all, when you're talking to the supplier, keep in mind that whoever you're working with is still a person, and as such, demands to be treated like royalty.
