I'm contemplating in making my own tee-shirt line. At first I wanted to buy from Alternative Apparel and do silk screening on them. I'm a graphic/web designer, so the design part is the easy part. But now I want a specific style of shirt. I'm thinking of making a protype and hiring a contracter to cut and sew. I posted an ad for a min order of 100. I'm getting calls back, which i can't believe. I'm thinking of buying the fabric and going for organic cotton or 100% cotton. Has anyone research this or done this? I'm keeping in mind the expenses, because i want to make a profit. Do anyone have any suggestions.
