And as far what will happen...first you may get a cease and desist letter, but they don't have to they can sue straight off. What is at stake...I believe the US law allows for $10k to $20k per infringement and up to $30k if deliberate. Example the young single mother who last week chose to fight the record industry, was found guilty of infringement by trading or downloading 20....repeat 20..songs (they alleged over 1700 but only charged 20) and she was fined $220,000. Extreme...you bet but it happened.
