HI all,

I found this post on craigslist and was wondering if anybody has ever worked for this company? It's being run by a guy called Lewis Pitzele. He's looking for t-shirt designers all over the world to design shirts for him. (produced in asia and distributed in the U.S. i think).

Any experience with this would be great.

Google has certainly heard of him, including this very relevant press release:
Press Releases

An interesting Googled tidbit:

Quote:
MusicAffiliated Inc., a partnership between local record producer Terrell Harris, a.k.a. Shorty Capone, and entrepreneur Lewis Pitzele, recently received $1 million from Chicago's AA Capital Partners Inc., a former affiliate of ABN Amro NV, LaSalle Bank Corp.'s Dutch parent.
So they should have funding.

MySpace page:
myspace.com/shorty_capone

Apparently this is how a man asking for $100,000 sounds:

Quote:
We are a hip hop designer fashion company makeing the colection in asia we have many unique fashion that will make us the gucci of hip hop. It a multi billion dolae industry our sales force consist of 6 sales officesin the United states who sell to 3000 urbanspecialy stores shoe store chgains and dept stores. Shorty is a hip hop record mogul in Chicago and his friends are the whos who in rap from the majopr stars to the executivesd. Shorty will be taking pictures with him and all the major stars of hip hop wearing the clothes and magazines are ready to break the fashion buyers and the press are always looking for the new success in the business. The profits are unbalivable as we make a jean for $15.00 and sell it wholesale for $75 to $100 dollars all our samples are ready and the manufactu
Worrying, huh?

Looks like there's plenty of info out there. In my opinion: more legit than I would have expected based on the craigslist ad, less legit than I would have expected given the names (and apparently dollars) that are being thrown around.
