I've been asked to provide measurements for standard crew-neck mens ( Gildan/Fruit of the Loom) and womens tshirts in cm for a supplier. Where would I find a table or measurement guide including neck hole and sleeve hole? Inches are ok I can convert to cm if necessary? Thanks in advance.

you can place it anywhere you want.
Just get a friend to model, pin the design ( a cheap paper print out will do ) on the shirt where you think it should go...thats it.
oh, leave the original pinned and send it to the printer (if you out-source).
