In my past life (as Rodney would put it), oh back in the mid-90's, I attended my first Imprint Toronto Trade show.

At this time I was trying to convince some transfer makers and fashion brands that selling on the internet was the way of the future...I was on a mission with this then somewhat new internet thing.

So I attended the Toronto Trade show to gain contacts and to learn about this industry. There, I met everyone, from Airwaves to Fruit of the Loom. During a conversation with Clark from X-IT online, he could see i was a real Newbie and handed me an Impressions Paper Mag to keep. He also put me on a list to get future edditions.

Man, I read that Mag inside out. From there it's history.

I would strongly recommed this Impressions Mag to new peeps wanting to learn and break into the market. It sure helped me.

I started reading Impression in the mid 90's as well. Actually learned most of my knowledge in both art and printing from that mag. Have seen many changes over the years yet for the most part it is a top notch mag whit a wealth of knowledge waiting to be tapped
