80s Baby

i wanted to do a company called 80s baby, but now its trademarked

what am i limited to as far as using 80s baby period

i know i cant use it as a brand name, but what else does that include

if i had a baby on a shirt saying 80s baby, does that kill that as well?

any insight, would be preciated

any answer to such a legal question here is worth exactly what you paid for admission...nada...nothing...so if I serious, I would spend $ for 30 min session with trademark attorney.

Charles is right, talk to a lawyer.

In theory, it's someone else's brand name and you can't use it (even as, say, a slogan on the shirt). Because it's also a generic phrase, they may not have the scope to completely prevent its use. A lawyer could advise you on whether or not that is the case (amongst other things).
