My questions are should i use a source to do my clothing or should i do them myself?
It depends on whether or not you want to be a printer or just a designer.
Lots of companies sell t-shirt 1000's of t-shirt designs per year and never print one t-shirt.
Other companies prefer to do everything hands on by either using heat transfers or learning the screen printing process.
You have to figure out which thing you want to do.

If i do it myself should i use heat press plastisol transfers or screen printing ( i dont know what size)?
Do you want to buy screen printing equipment and learn how to screen print?
Do you want to print t-shirts yourself using a heat press on demand?

Whats the plastisol transfer quality compared to screen printing?
They are about the same (since
plastisol transfers ARE screen printing)

While you are waiting for more responses to this thread, you can find more answers if you search the forums using the
popular search tags feature. The
plastisol transfers and
versus tag have a lot of good info and comparisons that could help you make a decision.
