 How to handle legal issues when doing a job without knowing if design is protected
I was wondering how you guys handle orders when you are being rendered a design by the customer. Does your invoice contain a disclosure stating that you are doing the job in good faith and the customer takes full responsibility if the design is legally protected???. Does your website have a disclosure??. Thanks. |
