I know its a beginner question but am I allowed to sell footlocker,finishline,champs,etc tees on my site if I put it in the description?

Can you explain a bit more on what you're trying to do?

Are you wanting to just sell the blank t-shirts?

Are you wanting to just buy blank t-shirts from those stores to use for printing and then resell them with your own designs printed on them?

If it's the later, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use them.

I don't know about whether you could say they were "champs" tees on the website. There might be some trademark issues there since those blanks aren't specifically made for aftermarket decoration like Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, American Apparel, etc. They may not want their brand associated with your designs.

I'm not a lawyer, so I couldn't tell you for sure.

I know it's not an issue for other blank t-shirt brands, but I don't know about chaps/footlocker tees.

was you referring to calling the store to ask if it was ok??

I was thinking to call the corporate offices.

You may be able to get better pricing on the tees if you are buying for resale.

You may also find out whether they allow you to resell their products unofficially or not.
