Default Women's Tank Tops - Difference in Cottons

If a women's tank top is rib knit or ringspun cotton, will a regular transfer that is for cottons work on this just like a 50/50 or 100% cotton shirt? I guess I am unsure of the difference.

A rib knit shirt is stretchy, so you'll want to talk to the transfer maker and tell them that you are putting the transfer on a stretchy material so they can adjust the transfer printing process to fit the shirt style (assuming it's a plastisol transfer).

Ringspun cotton is just soft, so a transfer that works on 100% cotton will work fine on ringspun cotton.

I would guess they are referring to normal heat transfer papers rather than plastisol, though it's hard to say of course If so - ribbed ans transfer papers don't mix very well.

You can potentially get an okay image, depnding on just how much of the stretch factor is going to be in use. Best bet would be to try a sample out and see how it works for you; I wouldn't suggest offering them to anyone or accepting orders until you've tested them in this fashion.
