In addition to T-Shirts, Adding Belt Buckles and Necklaces
Many of you have already read about getting t-shirts and hats made in China. Well I have decided that I wanted to be able to offer more products to my customers. I have started talking with several companies about doing Belt Buckles, belts and a pendant for a necklace, along with a different company to make the hats. I still plan on screen printing the t-shirts out of my house but as for an investment I found that it will actually be cheap to have these companies produce this items. The minimums are low and so isn't the cost. It is actually cheaper then trying to purchase the screen printing set-up I want right now. So I am going to invest in getting these products. Keeping my customers excited about t-shirts that are going to be released shortly while building up the cash to actually start screen printing. I have had several pre-orders already and should be able to purchase everything with these initial investments. If anyone has questions or would like help with talking with forgein companies please let me know. It usually takes a day for them to respond to email due the time difference but everyone I have gone through has been very helpful. Samples should be here in two-three weeks. When they get here I will post pictures.

Hy Myron, I love belt buckles and I was also thinking about adding a beltbuckle line to my products. I would like to get information on how this can be done in a cheap way. I looked on the net and all I found was Promotional beltbuckles, they are the same, custome made but they charge high prices.
I will appreciate any help

I told them that I didn't like the MOQ for the pendant. Waiting on response. I found them through Alibaba.com It has been really helpful. I am waiting on two other companies quotes and then I am going to ask for samples.

I am actually talking to four different manufautors (sp). While these prices are a few cents more their customer service is better and they respond in a timely fashion. I am willing to pay extra for that.
I am not sure if the mold is one piece or 2/3 to be honest I didn't ask. I am kinda bull****ing my whole way through this process. From simply telling them that they need to come down on prices and that I won't pay mold fees. (I am going to end up paying the mold fee. lol) But I am not paying for the samples or shipping.

I don't want to post the information about the companies I am working with until I get samples back. I would hate for someone to take my information and make a purchase or spend any money and find out that it is garabage. I have been working with their design teams and it is taking longer then I expected. Once I get samples back from them I will post the pictures and give all of the information. Telling you to either use them or not.

Yes they are also going to do the belts. They are actually going to brand the belt with my logo also. They have several different kinds of leather to choose from. They are sending me samples of these also.
